Our Duck Season menus celebrate incredible Pekin Ducks from Yorkshire, sourced via Alternative Meats – a fantastic, female-led supplier & butcher of British rare breed meats. Dry-aged for at least 5 days and then served up in an 8-course Tasting Menu, taking a nose-to-tail approach and using a variety of cooking techniques, including our signature open-flame cooking.
That isn’t to say that every course contains meat, as we always offer a seasonal fish course and love to champion British veggies too!

Focusing on one region for each season, our Wine Pairing features lesser-known bottles from the same territory; be it as wide as the New World or as local as the Loire Valley. A carefully curated selection of wines are chosen to compliment the different dishes on the Tasting Menu – usually a sparkling wine or wild cider, skin contact wine or white, red, sweet wine or liqueur. A shorter version of the pairing is available alongside our shorter weekday lunch Set Menus.
For Duck Season, we are championing Wines from Spain; big, bold fruity wines from a warmer climate that perfectly match the strong flavours of the duck. A sparkling red Pamelita and sherry cask-aged white Valdespino are among the highlights!
